Carisa Brambles, LA based fashion designer, branded Nightcap Clothing in 2006.

Inspired by the recognised category of loungewear, Nightcap transpired from mixing seductive boudoir with the edge of street wear.

The fashion concept behind the label defines what to wear if you were to pop out on the street for a quick "potion of spirit drank at bedtime."

Both comfortable and sexy, the line is known for its high quality fabrications and bohemian silhouettes.

After graduating from UCLA with a degree in communications, Carisa began to work in the fashion industry; pioneering brands "Young Fabulous and Broke," "Petit Bateau," and "Autumn Cashmere."

From its loungewear beginnings, Nightcap Clothing has evolved into a full contemporary collection: consisting of beach cover-ups, cashmere, loungewear traced in lace detail, French terry sportswear, and lace cocktail dresses currently seen on the red carpet.

Carisa gathered enormous inspiration from time spent in Japan modeling for JJ magazine. She has spent a great deal of time in Paris sourcing out new fabrications and illuminating aesthetics that enveloped her craft and design.

Growing up as an active equestrian, it was only a matter of time before the lifestyle contributed to the concept of Nightcap. The Equestrian tights launched in autumn of 09', and with their success, lead the reinvention of the leggings seen within each new collection. The line continues its flair for femininity, elegance, and with each season tells a story of passion. Carisa expanded her brand with the launch of men's, Nightcap Homme, during Spring of 2010.

The collection continues to grow and flourish among over hundreds of boutiques, and department stores worldwide.
