Founded in 2002, Splendid is the culmination of a ten year tireless search to find the softest fabric and most colour absorbing yarns in the world in order to create the ultimate t-shirt. The right combination was finally found: 50% supima cotton (a luxurious cotton that gives the fabric body) and 50% micro modal (a form of rayon that is super soft and deeply absorbs dyes).

After finding the perfect fabric, the Splendid brand was built around the comfort and ease that is the foundation of the line. Combining bright, saturated colour, luxurious fabrics and wearable silhouettes, Splendid is a lifestyle-driven collection dedicated to delivering effortless style that works for every day.

Splendid began as a full t-shirt collection with nine basic bodies and has since grown to become an extensive collection of tanks, thermals, dresses, shorts and more. With each season, Splendid has expanded to include new silhouettes, new fabrics, and new lines.

The introduction of Splendid Mills for men, Splendid Littles for babies and toddlers, Splendid Girl for tweens, and Splendid Mills Junior for boys brought the brand to a wide variety of comfort-seeking customers, while Splendid Cashmere and Splendid Wovens debuted versatile new fabrics and silhouettes to round out Splendid's signature cotton blends and provide head-to-toe Splendid outfits.

Recently named #36 of the 100 fastest growing private companies in L.A. by L.A. Business Journal, Splendid is poised to continue on its skyrocketing trajectory.
